I am Carolyn Bowron Green and a proud native of Lake County. I attended Eustis schools, Lake Sumter Community College, and the University of Florida with a major in Elementary Education. Go GATORS! Upon graduation from UF I began my teaching career in Lake County and have been teaching kindergarten for 31 years. Children bring joy to my life!
When I received the first paycheck at the beginning of my career, I spent most of it on a Nikon EM film camera. That was the beginning of my passion for photography. I photographed my first wedding 20 years ago and have documented countless weddings and other special occasions since then. As friends and relatives will attest, my camera is never too far from my reach.
In recent years I have spent a great deal of time at the Crealde School of Art in Winter Park learning from and sharing with the gifted photographers who generously share their knowledge with students. I have taken my love of photography to a new level with the guidance of my Crealde friends.
Green Images, Inc. was a dream that has become a reality. With my studio now in place I am able to offer a wider variety of photo services. My dear husband supports the venture as my business manager so that I can do what I love to do….stay behind the camera! My wonderful son steps in whenever he is needed to help as well.
